Dragon Strategy LTD (hereinafter, “Company”) has at heart the protection of personal data given by the user who accesses and uses the site www.gianlucamassimirosati.com (hereinafter, the” Site “).

  1. Types of personal data processed

To access the site it is not necessary to register. However, within the Site there are services for which it is necessary to provide data (eg to purchase the products offered on the Website, to download ebooks, to contact the Company or request information, etc).

If the company acquires a user’s personal data, it will inform the user in advance, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, of the purposes for which such data are requested and the methods by which they will be used. Where necessary, the Company will acquire the specific consent of the user to the relative use of the data. The treatments connected to the services provided by the Site are carried out at the Company’s headquarters, indicated in point n. 1 and are carried out by the persons in charge of the treatment of the Company.

Some treatments will also be carried out at the headquarters of external suppliers of the Company and charged with carrying out activities related to the management and maintenance of the Site, as well as linked to the services offered by the Company. These subjects are appointed by the Company as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

For these purposes, the data may also be temporarily transferred abroad, even to countries outside the European Union, but only and exclusively for the purposes described above and in compliance with the guarantees provided for by art. 46 paragraph 3, letter a. This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law, in implementation of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) The law requires that the processing of personal data is based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and that the data are processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of the same.

The Company reserves the right to revise, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and / or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy in consideration of changes to the law or regulation on the protection of personal data.
